Ascen is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help the growing number of contractors on the Ascen platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform onboarding calls with new contractors
- Help contractors with various issues with onboarding (technical or HR-related)
- Answer incoming questions and calls from contractors, staffing companies, and clients
- Perform data entry into various software platforms
- Be highly available to incoming issues and respond with appropriate speed and empathy
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in talking on the phone
- Private space to talk on the phone
- Passion for solving problems
- Comfortable with tools like Slack, Google sheets, Zoom, and various SaaS products
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing job requirements
