The Opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager at ModernLoop, you’ll be partnering with our customer’s recruiting teams to uncover their business pain points and strategically map ModernLoop’s value to help solve them! You’ll be working with them to drive engagement, adoption, and foster an excellent customer experience. As a trusted partner, you’ll be building relationships with each client to continuously drive the value of our features and products to their overall business objectives. As a CSM, you’ll be analyzing data from our product and customers to help facilitate renewal conversations and provide excellent ongoing support to them! By acting as an advocate for our customers, you’ll be collaborating with sales, product, and engineers to identify opportunity areas to enhance our products for them!
About You
- 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience managing a book of business of 30-40+ SMB & Mid Market accounts
- Proven track record of ability to onboard, support, and excite customers to deliver high customer satisfaction and advocacy
- You have experience facilitating renewal conversations and have a strong track record of partnering with sales teams to deliver value to our customers.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Self-awareness, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, curiosity, and empathy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
