About the role

Customer Success Managers are critical to the success of our product. They are the bridge between the students and the product as a whole. In this position, you will be working directly with the Product, Career Placement, Learning and Marketing team to relay feedback coming from the students to help guide and determine the roadmap of what needs to get done. As a member of the Student Success team, you'll also be responsible for turning ideas into tangible products that make the student experience of everyone in Avion School much better.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop a deep understanding of the student experience across every stage of the student lifecycle.
  • Communicate the insights taken from the students over to management in order to help them understand deeper what needs to get done based off critical user feedback.
  • Develop both internal and product initiatives based on the feedback taken from the users.
  • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to design, launch and optimize programs that put these strategies and insights into action.
  • Take part in a team that prioritizes the student experience, communicates the vision, collaborates on strategy and provides insights in a clear and compelling manner internally and externally.
  • Create regular status reports on the insight gained from the ideal students of each cohort.
  • Manage daily inbound and outbound communication with our customers.

What you'll need

  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience working on Sales, Business Development and Growth in a fast-growing tech startup.
  • Passion for understanding the needs, values and preferences of our student body.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong interpretive skills; ability to quickly understand data and draw conclusions.
  • You are goal-oriented and have an innate drive to achieve and hit targets.
  • Experience building scalable operations to support company growth.
  • You value processes and best practices to achieve consistent outcomes.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment that requires flexibility and a startup mindset.
  • You are not intimidated by change and ambiguity.
  • You have a 'do things that don't scale' mentality.
