What You'll Do (work outline)
- It is an environment where you can grow overwhelmingly under the representative as the first CS employee of Intellect Japan.
- Onboarding and supporting customer problem solving
- Promotion and proposals for further utilization after onboarding
- Support for promotion of usage for customers with low utilization rate, planning, and execution of measures
- Improvement of introduction process and function proposal
- Building and responding to relationships for contract renewal
- As a spokesperson for customer feedback, service improvement in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing
Requirements (required skills)
- Customer success position or equivalent work experience for existing customers 1 year or more
- Or, 2 years or more of organizational personnel consultant or equivalent work experience
- Interest in organizational personnel and human resources utilization areas
- Ability to collaborate as a team
- More than 3 years of working experience
Bonus if (welcome skill)
- Over 1 year of work experience at a SaaS company
- Work experience as the main person in charge of problem hearing, requirement definition, planning, and proposal
Language Requirements
- English ability at the level of daily conversation (English exchange occurs with the HQ team)
