The Role

As the Customer Success Associate you’ll assist in executing our customer success strategy. Customer Success plays a key role in driving customer goals, product utilization, business transformation, and revenue expansion by ensuring the engagement, success, retention, and growth of Moxion's customers. Use your true love for customers and their journey to help build a robust framework for our customers to reduce their carbon emissions and electrify their operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and cultivate the relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Help lead and develop our customers success strategy.
  • Assist with hiring and developing the Moxion Customer Success teams based on strategy and prioritizing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Drive customer lifetime value by deploying programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, new features, and new use-cases; collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities
  • Work with customers to understand technical needs and challenges, use understanding of the product to unblock and increase adoption rates.
  • Support setup and management of our Customer Relationships Management (CRM) system
  • Understanding deep requirements and needs lot of customers after initial qualification
  • Developing communications strategy and cadence
  • Key physical event planning and execution tied to marketing and sales goals

Skills to be Successful

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in a Customer Success, Sales and/or Professional Services leadership role
  • The ability to support delivery models that align with current customer segments, deliver customer value and scale with growth projections
  • A strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to engage directly with customers
  • Ability to learn complex technical specifications and requirements and speak eloquently about them.
  • A track record of developing and mentoring great talent, and building and motivating high achieving teams
  • The skills to be a data-driven decision maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate
