Responsibilities:
- Deal with day-to-day, service-related issues and maintain discipline and excellence of our providers
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of our providers, identifying performance issues, trends, and bottlenecks in our processes
- Come up with an action plan and strategies of how to mentor, educate and progress your team
Ideal Candidate:
- You have a structured way of working and logical thinking skills
- You are able to work well under pressure and stressful situations
- You have a hands-on mentality and can prioritize your tasks effectively and efficiently
- You are outgoing and unafraid to meet new people
- You have some background in people management or human resource management
- The candidate must be able to speak Chinese
