As Operations Supervisor, you will have the hands-on experience of building and managing your own team with us. You will have first-hand experience from sourcing to strategic decisions regarding the management of your team. Responsibilities:

• Deal with day-to-day, service-related issues and maintain discipline and excellence of our providers
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of our providers, identifying performance issues, trends, and bottlenecks in our processes
• Come up with an action plan and strategies of how to mentor, educate and progress your team

Ideal Candidate:

• You have a structured way of working and logical thinking skills
• You are able to work well under pressure and stressful situations
• You have a hands-on mentality and can prioritize your tasks effectively and efficiently
• You are outgoing and unafraid to meet new people
• You have some background in people management or human resource management
• The candidate must be able to speak Chinese
