Customer Relation Intern

Job description for Customer Relation Intern at Expressions:

• The candidate will be stationed in the office or the outlets to support beauty retail operations and logistics. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Attend to retail operations issues such as equipment faults, manpower shortage, stock shortage
• Help enforce retail operations standard operating procedures across outlets
• Assist in front desk operations and customer service as and when required, from booking customer appointments and answering customer inquiries, to collecting payments from customers
• Manage stock inventory from stock acquisition, stock taking, creating PLU codes, and doing quality checks
• Handle stock orders and delivery to and fro the warehouse and outlets

Requirements:

• Preferably with prior retail experience
• Able to commit weekends
