We’re looking for our next batch of Interns who are interested to learn what it means to do customer operations in a growing start-up, and help deliver exceptional outcomes for Circular's technology subscribers. As an Intern, you are positive, empathetic, creative, and take pride in delivering good service. Our team works on trust and allows you the autonomy to proactively engage with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and delight our customers from the first day they join Circular.
- Support our customers with enquiries or challenges and make them feel confident in their transition to subscriptions.
- Oversee and manage pickup and delivery of products to and from customers.
- Represent the Circular brand and build genuine customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Strong initiative and sound judgement
- Ability to pick up on tools quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciples.
- Self-motivated and drive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up.
- Able to demonstrate ability to handle dynamic servicing situations
- Genuine empathy and people skills. This is about connecting with our customers, not just following a script
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive customer service mindset.
