Through our integrated technology platform, we connect brands to a network of warehouses and logistics partners, connecting to all the major sales platforms; Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce, and Shopify to build Supply Chain as a Service.

This role is part of the Operations team, which is a collection of brilliant individuals from all areas of eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain. They build our network, manage fulfillment, refine processes and provide ongoing customer success support.
What you’ll focus on…
As an Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for the onboarding journey of our clients from the moment they join LOCAD to going live using our services.
What you'll focus on
- Deliver a smooth onboarding process by working with different stakeholders such as Control Tower, Commercial, Tech, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct training sessions on our platform and processes over Google Meet with different ventures.
- Assist clients in the overall onboarding journey including account creation, inbound monitoring, marketplace integration until go live.
- Maintain positive relationships and open communication with internal and external clients
- Focus on the continuous improvement of onboarding content, guidelines, and operational process to further optimize business operations.
- Report and identify gaps or opportunities to improve the merchant onboarding process
- Provide weekly reports on merchant onboarding status, pipeline and target go-live dates
- Support any other ad-hoc tasks as required
What you bring
- Ability to demonstrate high performance with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for developing and building successful relationships with the client and other stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills in order to manage multiple tasks and onboarding, multiple clients, at the same time
- Experienced using and understanding e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada
