At CommandBar we have world-class customers: forward-thinking software companies who care about giving users an amazing experience.
Because our product is creating a new category, we spend a ton of time with those customers -- teaching them how to make the most of CommandBar, learning about their UI/UX challenges so we can create new features and products that serve them, creating content to showcase their CommandBars, etc.
Today, our customer interactions are ad hoc. As Customer lead at CommandBar, you'll build our customer success team from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Being the primary point of contact for our Enterprise customers: getting to know their implementation, product, company goals, and UI/UX challenges
- Building repeatable playbooks to ensure customers get value out of CommandBar, leverage all of our features, and understand our impact
- Serving as the voice of the customer: funneling feedback from customers back into product roadmap and company strategy
