We're building out AI agents to replace the entire end-to-end enablement flow—from interviewing employees to creating content to analyzing data after deployment—all delivered via messaging tools like SMS, Slack, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams.
The Customer Enablement Specialist focuses on proactive enablement of new and existing features across our customer base. This role optimizes product launches for engagement and business outcomes through strategic planning, documentation, and collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
