We are looking for CRM and Promo Specialist who will be responsible in implementing customer engagement campaigns using various non-paid outbound channels (e.g. email, push notification) to increase customers' retention.

What you'll do:
• Ideate, plan, and execute scalable CRM solutions (including promotion) to retain customers and upsell them into new services
• Perform data analysis on available data in structured and unstructured forms to create better strategies, segmentation, and communications for the users
• Manage competing priorities and execute quality campaigns in a timely manner, you will be required to be flexible in project managing competing timelines and changes in priority
• Analyze high-level and granular campaign performances to provide realistic and viable recommendations for better impact on CRM channels
• Seek rooms for improvement for new solutions, integrations, and process improvement in regards to CRM solutions
• Share knowledge internally related to the impact of our CRM effort and ensure the alignment of all stakeholders such as product, tech, business development, etc.
What you'll need:
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in CRM
• Have basic knowledge regarding productivity tools (Trello, Jira, or other web-based kanban styles tools)
• Have experience in executing CRM campaigns using tools like Braze, Clevertap, MoEngage, Netcore, etc
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly to everyone
• Possess basic HTML and CSS skills pertaining to email specifically is a plus
• Have up-to-date knowledge with marketing automation and basic web development concepts
• Possess analytical skills via excel for data pivoting, Vlookup, and data visualization (Basic SQL Queries knowledge is a plus)
• Have the ability to speak and write concisely using English and Indonesia
