Creative Designer

Flagright is on the lookout for a skilled ‘Creative Designer’ to join our design team. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in not only crafting visually captivating graphics and maintaining our website but also in designing interactive elements that elevate user experience and engagement on our digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about combining interactive design, motion graphics and graphic design, and to create a seamless and immersive brand experience.

This role is for on-site work in Flagright's India office.

🛠 Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop compelling motion graphics, illustrations and video content for marketing and sales initiatives.
• Design our product landing pages and maintain our website keeping it up to date. 
• Design custom illustrations, animations, and interactive designs for Flagright's website and SaaS web application, enhancing user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to understand marketing goals, user needs, and product specifics.
• Provide creative direction for Flagright's overall visual and interactive design language.
• Create diverse visual content, including infographics, digital ads, social media graphics, and promotional videos.
• Develop storyboards and scripts for video projects in alignment with our marketing strategies and brand values.
• Apply design strategies to improve user engagement, acquisition, and retention across various marketing channels.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, video production, and interactive design.
• Ensure consistent visual branding across all media platforms.
• Work with developers and marketing teams to integrate designs and animations seamlessly into various campaigns.

🙌 Your Profile:

• 3-4 years of experience in Motion and Interactive Design, with a focus on marketing or sales.
• Exceptional design skills with attention to aesthetics, composition, and detail. (No compromise here).
• Prior experience in a tech or SaaS company would be extremely beneficial as 80% of candidates fail in understanding the product.
• Experience in creating custom illustrations and animations where ever required for websites and SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro would be a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing and sales creatives, including videos, motion graphics, and interactive designs.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and creativity.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a timely manner ( A must as dependency is critical for this role).
