JOB DESCRIPTION
About This Role:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Creative Designer to join us in Singapore. Working closely with our diverse team of copywriters, marketing managers, product managers, and data engineers, you will help the team evolve its approach for digital media advertising in SEA.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Edit a high volume of in-house original graphics, and create various versions of edits, optimized for different platforms that align with our brand style guidelines.
- Build templates and graphic design work that adheres to our brand style guidelines and include the design for web design, graphic design, and digital advertising.
- Work closely with external creative agencies to help guide concept ideation, production, and editing - Assist in planning, shooting, and editing content to be used in paid advertising across digital media channels (e.g. Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, etc)
- Innovate new ways to repurpose and improve existing creative bank
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof-check your own work
- In addition to being a great designer, you must be an all-around creative person, with an eye for small details and a passion for big ideas
We Would Love for You to Have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or any other related discipline with about 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role; Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Advanced proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Successful track record of producing and editing content for performance marketing ads on digital media channels
- Highly creative, organized, and able to work independently with little direction
- Ability to multitask and wear many hats
- Great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
- Passionate about social media and short video products - Understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with advertising
Even Better If:
- Ability to shoot and produce content with a digital camera
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Understanding of creative, design, and marketing processes
- Experience distilling disparate sources of information into actionable inputs
