Our client is seeking for a dynamic and competent Corporate Secretary to assist in their vast expansion of business!
You role will include (but not limited to):
1. Handle full range of company secretaries works
2. Prepare board resolutions and minutes
3. Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents;
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients; and
5. Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required by the directors
Competencies of an individual:
1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in corporate secretary role;
2. Solution driven;
3. Knowledge of XBRL format would be advantageous
good with MS Office;
4. Excellence in verbal, spoken and written communication;
5. Customer oriented and passionate for servicing;
6. Ability to work well with the team as well as independantly;
7. Accountable & reliable;
8. ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators) or CSIS qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
