In this role, you'll support partners and internal teams by writing, curating, and maintaining help and knowledge content that enables users to self-serve.
What You’ll Do
• Handle a broad spectrum of content requests ranging from simple typo fixes to strategic content projects, prioritizing appropriately and ensuring content solutions follow our content strategy guidelines
• Use data to glean insights into the user experience and illustrate the value of content in the experience
• Work with people of all levels across the company to collaborate, develop content strategies, and get relevant approvals before publishing drafted content
• Transform information from multiple sources into concise, user-centric content solutions
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Navigate ambiguity with a high degree of autonomy to deliver content that adds measurable value to the business
• Demonstrate strong judgment that enables you to navigate business relationships and conflicting opinions
Who You Are
• Experience crafting content for products, help websites, knowledge bases, or other channels
• An ability to prioritize, develop simple solutions despite constraints, and make tradeoffs when leading projects
• An understanding of content strategy methodologies
• Flexible and can operate in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using data to make decisions
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional experience
