Project Description
Content Moderation Agents provide a quality assurance process for our client to ensure the safety of the platform for all audiences/end users. Daily responsibilities include reviewing graphic imagery/video content for policy violations against pre-set policies. The team offers Wellness Support with Wellness Coordinators who are facilitating daily scheduled activities.
Responsibilities
• Serve as an advocate for the user community
• Process and review accounts that have been flagged for review of potentially sensitive content to ensure there are no violations of policies
• Consistently meet daily and weekly targets
• Be comfortable with handling sensitive content that might include violence, sex and nudity of minors/adults
• Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
Basic qualifications for this role are:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in a professional or military setting
• 6 months of experience with software for office productivity
• Ability to work holidays and weekends, including rotating shifts
Bonus Points If You Have
• 1 year of experience in a professional or military setting
• Active social media presence
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with confidential information collection and management
• Passion for ensuring a world-class user support experience
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
