About The Role

We are hiring our first Content Marketing Manager to educate the market about blinks and establish Dialect as the leader in this emerging space. This role goes beyond a zero-to-one opportunity—it’s about defining an entirely new product category in collaboration with the leadership team. Language is the medium through which new ideas are created. In this role you will both lead the creation of this language shaping the concepts that define Blinks, this new market, and our company vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Education & Content Creation

Develop and manage a content calendar that drives awareness and understanding of Blinks and Dialect’s role within the ecosystem.
Produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to X, blogs, and other key channels, ranging from memes to in-depth educational materials.
Coordinate with design team on producing high quality video and GIF content.
Translate complex concepts into accessible, compelling narratives for both crypto-native and general audiences.

Social Media & Community Engagement

Create and execute X-first content strategies to grow Dialect’s presence and foster engagement with the onchain community.
Monitor and participate in online conversations, including Discord, Telegram, etc. responding to questions and feedback to establish a strong community connection.
Drive growth and engagement through strategic social media content that establishes Dialect as a thought leader.

Distribution & Amplification

Expand content reach through strategic use of blogs, newsletters, and other distribution platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with external partners to amplify key messages and broaden Dialect’s audience within the blockchain space.

Campaign Execution & Iteration

Support the rollout of major product announcements and initiatives, including crafting messaging, creating promotional assets, and managing timelines.
Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement over time.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Education

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create educational content that empowers partners and users to understand and leverage Blinks’ full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Marketing Experience: 3-6 years in a tactical marketing role in crypto or tech, with proven ability to produce content and execute campaigns independently
Crypto Native: This hire needs to understand the nuances of the crypto ecosystem
Exceptional Written Skills: Strong writer with the ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging content for diverse audiences.
Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and driving projects from start to finish in a dynamic startup environment
Content Creation Proficiency: Strong writing and content production skills across blogs, social media, and educational resources
Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of Twitter and its role in crypto communication; familiarity with other platforms is a plus.
Creative and Adaptable: Able to produce content that resonates with different audiences, whether through memes or education.
Collaborative and Proactive: Comfortable working closely with a small team, taking initiative to improve and adapt strategies as needed
