If this seems like a bit of everything role, that’s because it is. Think of this like growth marketing, but with an emphasis on some Figma skills.

Design

Things we’re looking for on the design side:

• Landing page + blog + testimonials
• Linkedin content (banners, product videos, etc.)
• Ad content
• Swag, conference banners

Content

We’re all about content! It’s a big inbound driver for Omni. Our main channels are linkedin and hackernews. Examples:

• Linkedin - Self hosting models
• Linkedin - our YC video
• Linkedin - open source launch
• Linkedin - product demo
• Hackernews - zerox
• Hackernews - os data set

What we’re missing right now:

• A regular Blog/Linkedin post cadence
• Monthly newsletter + changelog. We also have a popular open source package that we would like to invest more into.
• More social content on reddit/twitter/etc.
• Paid ads

Engineering

No need to write code, but we’re looking for someone who can execute, and publish high quality technical content. Especially content that can be generated using Omni!

We’d also highly value an analytical mindset. Understanding how well different types of content are resonating, and iterating toward the best outcomes.
