Job Description:
• Responsible for all concierge duties which includes attending to all incoming guests and internal staff requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing and management of Shopee Library and New Hire Induction Kit
• Attending to incoming and outgoing courier services and sorting out incoming mails and parcels
• Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies
• All other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Holder and 1 year of relevant experience in a front-facing role
Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with internal stakeholders across Asia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Vibrant, energetic and cheerful personality with a proven ability to work well independently and within a team
