Job Description
• Perform day-to-day quality check of SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) listings on the platform to ensure compliance with local and platform policies, regulations and laws
• Provide recommendations for control enhancements and follow-up as necessary to ensure proper resolution by working closely with internal stakeholders
• Provide frequent reporting on progress, outcome and resolutions
• Maintain, validate and update key reference tools for compliance monitoring
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including administrative support for the team
Requirements
• Possess a Diploma in any field
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, in both verbal and written forms
• Highly meticulous and strong attention to detail
• Strong logical and critical thinking as well as problem-solving skills at all times
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
