Community Owner

As one of the Frontpage community owner, you will be responsible for everything from seeding, building, engaging, retaining, and growing your community. This is a cross-functional role on the overlap of finance, content, community and growth.

What will you do at Frontpage

• Define: Define the community vision, motto, audience, motivations, needs and sub-culture.
• Seed: Execute programs to onboard new creators / members via workshops, events & marketing campaigns. Iterate to improve activation and early retention.
• Build and engage: Engage with community members to foster a sense of belonging. Listen and adapt from the feedback.
• Retain and Grow: Track and analyse community growth and engagement metrics. Ensure creator & power user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

What we we are looking for

• Finance Pro: Deep understanding of one of the finance sub-interests - investing / trading / personal finance etc.
• Drive: Get your hands dirty. Thrive in a fast-paced, limited information environment. Do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Stellar communication: Ability to communicate effectively and effortlessly to a diverse set of people.

Bonus points:

• Personal brand: If you have large following on Twitter or Instagram as a finance creator.
• Basic understanding of marketplaces: If you have built or have seen a marketplace getting built from close quarters.
• Experience with B2C companies: Prior experience in social, support, or community role.
