Roles & Responsibilities
- Your key metric: Be the main point of contact for all Fig users, contributors, and developers
- Engage with users across email, Discord, Twitter, GitHub, meetups, community events
- Manage Fig's Discord community of 3k+ members
- Build and maintain a self-serve support system for users
- Write tests for Fig's shell, terminal, and operating system integrations
- Help prioritize Fig's roadmap by presenting weekly support summaries
- Contribute to Fig's public autocomplete repo
-Write and share blog posts
Key Qualifications
- Great organisation (Inbox zero type)
- Great communicator (clear, concise, friendly)
- Strong familiarity with the shell (bash/zsh/fish), terminals, CLIs
- Fast typist!!
Bonus Points
- Background using tools like Arch Linux, vim, neovim, emacs
- Background as a sysadmin + familiarity with servers, remote machines etc
- Familiarity with web technologies like typescript, react, html/css
