We are looking for a Community Growth Manager who is passionate about this role.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Plan “Go to Market” for coding competitions for K12 segment globally.
- Partner with institutions of repute to drive coding competitions & hackathons
- Drive sponsorship for coding competitions with companies & government
- Responsible for monthly acquisition of Users. Drive MQL, SQL & Revenues for coding competitions
- Build Codingal competition as the strongest brand for kids & teens globally
- Drive a strong brand recall among schools for Codingal competitions
- Responsible for content distribution for competition via organic & non paid channels.
- Drive referral and word of mouth for coding competitions
- Create high adoption of Codingal courses through competition
- Work closely with marketing team member to ensure the calendar of activities is in sync
- Ensure Social media posts (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram , etc) are in line with the business & brand guidelines
- Monitor and report competitor activity
- Share reports and insights on the marketing channel performance
Expectations from the candidate :
- At least 1 year of experience in Partnership & Business Development
- Experience and passion in building community
- Excellent in communication, cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Flexible and independent with ability to work with details in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
*This role is completely onsite. You will have to work from the Codingal Bangalore office at HSR Layout
CTC: 4-8 Lakhs per annum (Including variable)+ Stock options
