About the Startup!

BharatX is a startup trying to change how the 250 million Indian Middle-Class Indians get access to credit. We give Credit via other consumer-facing apps and platforms as-a-Feature to their customers via a simple integration of our APIs in a Plug-and-Play manner. Our offerings enable journeys like Postpaid on Uber/Ola, Pay after Trial on Lenskart/Meesho, Pay in 3 on Flipkart/BoAt, Credit-Line on PhonePe/Gpay in a white-labelled and embedded manner!

What you will learn:

How to get stuff done! You will solve real-world challenges that no experience or training can help you. Only your grit and passion for solving the problem will help you figure out how to deal with them. You will learn to think from a technical and product point of view. 

What you will impact:

You would be directly working:

• To create efficient and scalable processes for managing risk and CX expectations.
• To independently handle day-to-day issues on both customer and client front related to customer experience or collections using smart solutions.
• To set up ingenious processes for product sales as well as debt collection across multiple channels (such as Telecomm, WhatsApp etc.).
• To focus on ideating and building a customer friendly debt recovery process; eliminating fear from lending.
• To perform active analysis on processes in-place in order to identify weak points and make amends for achieving greater efficiency and success rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business and its values and incorporating them into debt recovery practices and improving customer experience.
• Segmentation ; Objectively understand different customer segments and demographics
• Product Led Growth ; Design and run experiments on customer experience and debt recovery with the product team to achieve the definite goals
• Build robust growth team and systems that can help scale efficiently and quickly
• Build dashboard formats and integrate required tools to analyze the impact of campaigns/channels.
• Keeping a strong eye on the cohorts/retention numbers and work with other teams very closely to improve the same.

• A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset
• Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
• Great work ethic, Hacky mindset and willingness to own the Key Metrics
