Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from and to members, employers, and others, and handle inquiries at the walk-in counter in a timely, courteous, efficient, effective, and professional manner
- Achieve expected standards of service and also meet standards in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with legislative requirements when completing assigned work/tasks
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 years working experience, preferably in the financial service/pension industry
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good PC skills in Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Good communication skills
