Overview
The Intern will work alongside associates, research managers,s and project managers in the Client Service team to support them with delivery on multiple projects in different industries. if you enjoy learning about different industry sectors and the opportunity to hone your communication and interpersonal skills; then look no further.
What You'll Do:
- Data entry and updating of the CRM database
- Assist in onboarding administration and compliance of top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network
- Assist the team with other administration and/ or operational tasks
- Coordination of phone consultation sessions for subject matter experts
- Assist with occasional industry research across multiple sectors based on project needs in the team
- Assist the Client Service team with their outreach strategy to approach relevant subject matter experts
- Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleagues
What You Have:
- High-level fluency in Japanese and English
- Able to work at least 3 days a week (flexible for it to be full days or half days) and ideally a minimum of 12 to 14 hours each week
- Currently undertaking a Bachelor degree in university
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Hard-working and diligent
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Effective time management skills
