Finku is a personal finance application helping Indonesian consumers manage their finances better through financial tools. Our mission is to eliminate financial illiteracy in Indonesia, so that all Indonesians can leverage the existing financial ecosystem and make better financial decisions. Finku is founded by ex-BCG consultants and Bukalapak product designer with vast digital, tech, and banking expertise from top universities globally (University of Indonesia, Cambridge, Berkeley).

Role Description:
- Manage & assist with Finku client relationships using CRM software and directly help users when they have feedback or problems
- Help make decisions on operations, products, and technology-based on findings from users & collect feedback based on customer interactions
- Drive product development and internal processes by partnering closely with cross-functional teams to explain critical customer needs/pain points identified
- Conduct outbound calls and other techniques to encourage activity from customers and monitor live chat inbound inquiries
- Use data and analytics to identify user behaviors and re-engage with customers who have previously inquired/seen to disengaged with our application
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - both speaking and writing (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
- Preferably prior experience working for a FinTech/StartUp Firms & have worked with CRM softwares (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
- Excellent in building and maintaining relationships in cross-functional teams & he/she is organized and have the ability to multitask
- Candidates that enjoys working in a face-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to constantly innovate processes & problem solve
- Can work until nights and on weekends is plus
