Client Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Working with the founders to help close, onboard, and pilot new clients
• Managing day-to-day project operations and regular reporting to clients
• Conducting project evaluations and process improvements
• This will be a fast-paced, result-oriented and high ownership role with direct exposure working with the founders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, client engagement, or a similar role within a tech company
• Strong verbal and written English ability
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving essentials
• Strong ability to drive result and get things done
• Thrives in ambiguity and context switching between multiple parallel projects
