We’re looking for a hungry, world-class Chief of Staff to join us in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco HQ in South Park.
Hyperbound (YC S23) is creating the Sales Performance OS, a new category of sales-tech giving enterprise sales orgs an unfair advantage by observing, measuring, and scaling top-performer behaviors. This is inevitable: within 5 years, every sales org will run on a system like this.
We just raised our $15M Series A, closed $1M+ in new ARR two months in a row, and are scaling from 15 → 30+ teammates this year. You’ll be stepping in right before liftoff, with massive ownership over the systems, processes, and cultural backbone that will define Hyperbound as we scale.
This isn’t a back-office role. As Chief of Staff, you’ll:
- Work side-by-side with the founders across strategy, fundraising, and GTM.
- Drive investor updates, board prep, and executive advisory boards.
- Shape the culture and leadership principles of a category-defining company.
- Build the structure for new functions, policies, and governance.
- Partner with enterprise customers like LinkedIn, Monday.com, Autodesk, Vanta, Tipalti, and G2.
If you want a career-accelerator role with the kind of scope and visibility that launches you into COO, founder, or investor paths, you won’t find a better opportunity.
We’re the clear leaders in our space, and we need a Chief of Staff who can scale with us, move fast, and help write the playbook for the next era of enterprise sales tech.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
-
Thrive in ambiguity, and know how to prioritize and execute with a high degree of autonomy.
- Bring exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise messaging.
- Are known for your ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they become blockers.
- Have a track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders and heavy multitasking without dropping the ball.
