We give Credit via other consumer-facing apps and platforms as-a-Feature to their customers via a simple integration of our APIs in a Plug-and-Play manner. Our offerings enable journeys like Postpaid on Uber/Ola, Pay after Trial on Lenskart/Meesho, Pay in 3 on Flipkart/BoAt, Credit-Line on PhonePe/Gpay in a white-labelled and embedded manner!

What you will impact:
You would act as a direct strategic advisor to the CEO/President and senior management team.
You would be directly working to:
- Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy
- Designing the organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per business plan
- Building employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition
- Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring
- Conceptualizing driving Employee Engagement
- Work closely with all functions of business units to address employee issues proactively
- Building a great culture and making the Organization a Great Place to Work.
- Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management).
- Responsible for Handling Entire HR Operations.
- Lead the leadership development interventions in line with future talent strategy
- Analysing compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage/salary rates for developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining an equitable compensation system; implementing rewards recognition programs
- Develop and implement innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve and sustain the highest engagement score
- Ensure all back-end HR operational processes are managed well in terms of TAT, accuracy, and frequency compliance leading to seamless service delivery

Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as the liaison between CEO/President and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time.
- Participates with the CEO/President and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO/President.
- Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.
- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Establishes standards and procedures for hiring and managing the office staff and personnel for the CEO/President.
- Maintains accurate confidential files and data records.
- Manage the Chief Executive’s schedule, including scheduling meetings and planning travel
- Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization
- Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules
- Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
What we look for:
We need people who are quick learners and bold enough to suggest crazy ideas.
- 3+ years in a business or executive management role in GROWTH & STRATEGY SUPPORT
- Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Highly experienced with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analytics
