The Channel Partnerships Director will recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of Solutions Partners that are leading the charge to help brands get the most out of their customer data by building high-growth digital products and delivering today’s most innovative customer experiences. As a Channel Partner Director, you’ll be an individual contributor responsible for generating and influencing new revenue sourced and influenced from your portfolio of partners, identifying new partner opportunities to accelerate mParticle’s growth, and will be a core hire helping evangelize mParticle to and through our partner ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard consulting partners across the APJ region.
  • Drive measurable incremental business outcomes for mParticle, including new logo acquisition, net retention of customers, and penetration of new geographies
  • Building sustainable commercial partnerships, and managing the supporting contractual relationships with partners.
  • Grow the mParticle business in APAC by developing and executing the strategy, collaborating in a matrix environment, and building deep scalable partnerships that directly impact our customer’s ability to innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive partner development & enablement, as well as anticipate new types of partners required to build future pipeline. This includes technology alliances with Braze, Branch, Appsflyer, LaunchDarkly, Split, MoEngage, Radar, Bluedot, and the major public cloud providers just to name a few.
  • You will define joint Go-to-Market strategies and business plans with key partners
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the execution of programs and events to drive channel and alliance leads, pipeline, and deal progression
  • Work with leadership to identify new opportunities and create innovative solutions to accelerate growth and adoption in the market.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Customer Data Platform landscape, key ecosystem partners, and competitors.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of channel partners and alliance experience
  • Experience generating new business through strategic and channel partnerships across the APAC region. (Required)
  • You have strong knowledge and a network within the region leading digital consultancies, System Integrators, and Digital Agencies landscape. You will have either worked in the industry or sold to companies within it.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build alignment around goals and objectives
  • Effective in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment where hands-on execution is required and processes may not exist yet
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
