The Job
You will be responsible for :
Working with a team to create strategies to support adoption of the changes as per client requirements.
Supporting the design, development and delivery efforts for assigned projects.
Conducting impact analyses and assessing change readiness.
Analysing and staying prepared for risk mitigation tactics.
Ensuring support in terms of documents and training program designs for the client teams, especially senior professionals like managers, directors and other senior stakeholders.
Engaging specialists to coordinate efforts organization wide.
Tracking results and maintaining clean documentation throughout.
The Profile
You possess a Masters in Business Administration, preferably specializing in Change Management and you have at least 2 years experience working on specifically change management projects. Certification in Change Management would be advantageous. Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies and tools is required along with a solid business acumen. You can articulate your thoughts and insights to a wide range of audience and have good influencing skills. You can take up ambiguous projects and work towards re-defining them into structured translation of needs and outcomes. You can easily operate at all levels within an organization and have the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve common goals. You can operate well in teams and can also perform individually if need arises.
