Associate, CEO’s Office
Reporting
Associate will be directly reporting to the Country Chief of Staff, the role provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad-based exposure to strategic, commercial and operational topics in a market-leading ecommerce platform.
Key tasks and responsibilities
-Assisting the Chief of Staff in managing the rhythm of business
-Helps Chief of Staff create effective communication and reporting visibility to empower key business stakeholders
-Acts as a communications arm for the CEO’s Office with other executives in the organisation and major stakeholders
-Organises and prioritises critical issues and required information for the CEO’s Office to facilitate efficient decision making. Continually review processes, implementing improvements for maximum efficiencies, and works with various stakeholders to drive results
-Provide analytical support to strategic initiatives, provide on-going visibility to strategic initiative performance, ensuring activities align with company and function business objectives.
-Provides communications support: drafting emails, reports, memos, presentations, internal and external communications
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
-Consulting/Strategy/Banking/FMCG background preferred
-3-5 years of experience
-Highly analytical and data-driven
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-High proficiency in Powerpoint & Excel
-Impeccable project management and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
-Confident to effectively interact with senior management
