The Category Manager,
- Will be responsible for the P&L, Roadmap, Strategy, and end-to-end ownership of the designated Category (Fitted furniture)
- Will Develop and execute the Category Strategy & Roadmap keeping SG and SEA’s sales team requirements
- Will develop a catalog, catering to all external/internal customers, ensuring appropriate selection, price-points, availability, and SLAs
- Will build directly to customer collaterals to build on the private label brands
- Will work with supply team to build a robust and predictable supply chain of supply-side partners and develop long-term partner relationships
- Will manage a team of category managers who manage sub-categories
- Will work with internal and external stakeholders and functions on multiple projects
Qualifications/ Skill-set
- 5+ years of work experience in e-commerce, FMCG, startups, or Consulting post-MBA
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality
- Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Extremely high level of ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
