Job Description
• You will drive the development of marketing campaigns, develop and implement our Social Media strategies in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Commercial teammates across countries to ensure local executions while adhering to global strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Define and track the most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Use social media marketing tools to automate processes, enable social listening and tracking.
• Craft engaging headlines and copies for campaigns and work with designers to ensure content is informative, appealing, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Development and other functional departments.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• 5-7 years experience as a Social Media/Campaign Manager or similar marketing role.
• Social Media Strategist using social media as a platform for brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Google My Business, and other social media best practices.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to write catchy headlines and copywriting. Good understanding and command in Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research, targeting, retargeting, and ad buys.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiar with web design and publishing.
• Independent with the ability to multitask and possess collaborative work ethics.
• A team player with strong leadership skills.
