The Job
In this frontline position, you will be responsible for :
Identifying and highlighting potential issues that would negatively impact customer experience
Achieving qualitative and quantitative targets for individual performance
Attending to general inquiries across calls, emails, social media & online chat
Supporting students by increasing their understanding of registration process and available exam resources
Engaging customers and upsell/cross sell products & services appropriate to individual's needs
Having strong knowledge of our memberships and products
Engaging in knowledge sharing, identify efficiencies and achieve Service Level Agreements
Owning issues raised by members and students and liaising with relevant teams to provide appropriate resolution
Granting access and managing membership requests, product orders, event registrations, account adjustments and other requests
The Profile
You have at least a A-level education or Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in a related field.
You have at least 4 years of related experience, with 1 year experience in Customer Service/Sales
You have previous work experience in a not-for-profit, Association, or NGO environment
You have experience achieving set targets for individual performance
You have experience working with a CRM system, and are able to navigate multiple IT systems, network locations and files
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to listen actively while serving customers
You are empathetic and have the ability to provide high-quality, personalised service
You have strong problem-solving skills and are motivated to deliver efficient and memorable service experience
