About the Role:
We’re looking for a business intern whose responsibilities will cover a wide variety of tasks across Goodshuffle’s Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams. This person should be extremely eager to learn, disciplined in self-teaching, and excited to take on any task with both enthusiasm and precision.
Responsibilities Include:
- Researching solutions for business obstacles and presenting findings to org leaders
- Learning and improving internal business processes and compiling best practices
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of internal CRM and other databases
- Gathering and organizing information from clients to support Sales and Customer Success initiatives
- Drafting and editing existing help articles and other customer-facing resources
- Supporting business operations, logistics, and administrative needs
- Organizing data and creating custom reports for sales, marketing, and customer success departments
- Assisting the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations departments with day-to-day tasks
- Taking lead on a wide variety of diverse projects with gusto!
Requirements:
- Fierce attention to detail and organizational skills
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a professional setting
- Desire to experience the quick, quirky pace of a small startup
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly with little instruction
- Incredible follow-through
- Preferred Experience (not required):
- Experience in or around the Events Industry, SaaS companies, or start-ups
- Tools: Hubspot; Google Suite including Sheets (or excel), Docs, and Slides; Zoom; or other CRM platforms
