Overview
In addition to formulating a sales strategy (Invisalign GO) that contributes to the management strategy, we will carry out sales-related operations and progress management in response to changes in the internal and external environment in order to achieve that goal. We will also gain greater market share by working with our customers and internal stakeholders (sales department, marketing, clinical education, finance, sales excellence, operations) and focusing on high-value activities and sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in responsible areas
- Planning and execution of short-term and medium- to long-term Development Plans
- Develop and implement effective and efficient training programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the planning and development of high-growth businesses by taking charge of the sales area as a "business"
- Work with stakeholders to help remove obstacles to sales plans, goals, strategic directions, motivations, development, and success
Specific business
- By a series of cycles of analyzing the current situation of the area, extracting issues, and implementing measures, we will drive the introduction and sales expansion of Invisalign GO and support the sales team's plan execution.
- InvisalignGO In-house Promoter (Instilling InvisalignGO's Value and Strategy in Customers and Sales Residents)
- Establish Invisalign GO Marketing Strategic Activities in the Field Through Training Programs
- Functions as a hub for information sharing between regions and related departments
- Sales accompaniment OJT, role play
- In particular, focus on introducing Invisalign GO to KOL and large corporations
- Implementation of product introduction seminars by the dentist association and study group
- Providing training for team members and PDM on product knowledge, sales skills, territory management, SFDC, and GP business
- In addition, in order to promote prompt customer activities, the business content will be appropriately revised to the optimum one.
Requirements
- Work experience
- Experienced in the medical industry
- 4-6 years of sales experience
