About Pirros
Pirros is the Github for construction design. We are selling to the construction design industry (architects and structural engineers) where both the founders came from (both were structural engineers in LA previously). We were in the YC W23 batch and raised our seed round in April 2023. We are building out our team to scale up our business and further establish ourselves as the number one solution for detail management in the construction design space.
Job Overview
We're looking for an BDR to join our team in LA. You would be joining as the 3rd sales hire and will be working directly with the founders to help drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our experienced founders to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
- Work within Sales team to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement
- Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisitions and expansion into existing customer base
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business
Qualifications
- "Start-Up DNA” - this role is more about ability and attitude than experience.
- 50-55 hour work week
- Not afraid to pick up the phone - up to 1000 cold calls per week
- In office 5x per week
- You have drive, grit & team orientation: you have a strong desire to compete and win
- You have strong, professional communication skills -- written, verbal, and in presentation
- Analytical and detail-driven
- A healthy respect for deadlines: the ability to prioritize progress over perfection and the drive to see projects through to completion
- Ability to think strategically and to own issues
