We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead the sales, marketing and promotion efforts of the organization.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and ensuring the proper implementation of the organization’s sales and marketing strategy. He/She will be tasked with the Financial Planning, Budgeting, Marketing Concepts, Positioning of the organization, Client Relationships and Sales Planning.
The Business Development Manager should have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Promoting the company’s services and positioning it as one of the top HR Consultancy services provider
Researching and processing data about the market and turning it to usable and actionable items for the benefit of the organization
Presenting the services of the company to prospective and current clients
Nurturing relationships with existing clients
Ensures that all sales and marketing activities are within budgetary constraints
Represent the organization: Represent the organization in client meetings. Ensure that clients come out of the meeting well informed of the services of the organization.
Sales and Marketing Activities: Expand the organization’s market reach through innovative marketing activities with the help of the Graphic Design Unit. Ensure that the target revenue of the organization is achieved through proper planning and the development of sound sales and marketing strategies.
Fiscal Activities: Responsible for all fiscal activities of sales and marketing unit. Ensures that the Sales and Marketing Unit adhere to parameters concerning the unit’s budget and fiscal usage.
Client Management: Nurture and develop the relationship that the organization has with its existing and prospective clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or similar degrees
4 – 6 years’ prior industry related business development experience
Good planning skills
Excellent at convincing people
Excellent time management skills
Advanced understanding of sales and marketing principles
Can relate well to all levels of the organization
