Real Honey, a company specializing in selling 100% high-quality honey in Asia with the goal of selling +700 ton of honey annually. Real Honey is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and will report directly to the CEO. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our business in the Asian region.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Asian market.
● Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and close deals.
● Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
● Provide feedback and insights from the market to the CEO and other relevant teams to inform business strategies and decision-making.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to establish and strengthen the company's presence in the market.
● Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to maximize customer retention and repeat business.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
● Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, preferably in the Asian
market.
● Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
and partners.
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Excellent analytical skills to conduct market research, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
● Ability to travel within the Asian region as required.
● Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other Asian languages would be a plus.
● Experience in the food or consumer goods industry would be advantageous.
