The Role
You will be working with the Partnerships Lead to hunt new partnerships and develop new opportunities with Insurers, Brokers, and Corporate Partners across the region. You will leverage your can-do attitude to develop and test new experiments with partners across the value chain.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the team to develop and build new partnerships with brokers, insurers, and corporate partners across the region
- Collaborate with internal (Product, Marketing, etc) and external stakeholders to customize the product/solutions to fit the go-to-market strategy
- Attend conferences and industry events to stay abreast of market influences and changes
- Complete any other duties as associated with the business development function of the company
Who You Are
- 3+ years of business development experience (preferably in a hunter role) in the Insurance/Broker industry, preferably in a transformation capacity.
- Have successfully secured partnerships and generated revenue in a greenfield industry (Mental Wellness is relatively new in Asia)
- Highly collaborative with a can-do attitude
- Have worked in a high-growth environment.
- Fluency in another language other than English is an added advantage.
- Experience in Insurtech/Healthtech will be a plus
