The Job
You will be responsible for :
Generating new business development through meeting clients to provide appropriate solutions to their needs
Conducting in-depth research on target clients and timely follow-ups
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Providing high level of client satisfaction and building long and trusting relationships with them
Ensuring monthly activity and revenue targets are met.
Executing CRM campaigns that improve engagement and reduce churn
Generating insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives
Managing any data cleansing activities
Refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake.
The Profile
You have at least 3 years experience in B2B sales/ account management, Brand/ Product Management within Banking/PSPs/Fintechs/Schemes.
You have experience with CRM.
You have solid expertise in Direct and Enterprise Sales and prior experience handling Key Accounts.
You are a strong relationship builder with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
You are meticulous and deliver work of high standard, within timelines.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
