Business Development Executive

Job description & requirements

We’re looking for sales-driven individuals to join us who are excited about the digital transformation being driven by the rise of social messaging apps and who have made a name for themselves bringing innovative AI-Powered Conversational Customer Experience technology to global leading brands.

Responsibilities:

· Business Development – Attract and target new business opportunities

· Create strategic account development plans

· Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and leading generation campaigns.

· Coordinating and conducting demos and training

· Delivery of excellent service with a consultative approach to ensure client success

Requirements:

· 1-2+ years new business experience – preferably in CRM/SaaS/software solutions

· OR 1-2 years working in a client/ account servicing capacity

· History of exceeding targets/quotas

· Excellent at building relationships

· Possess clear communication and presentation skills
