As a Media Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to strategize, execute, and enhance media sales initiatives for BEAMSTART, with a specific focus on selling advertorials. This crucial role involves creating and fostering strong connections within the advertising landscape, contributing to the growth of our organization and providing effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a primary emphasis on advertorial sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media and advertising industry.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, tailoring media sales solutions to meet their advertising goals.

Campaign Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of advertorial campaigns.
  • Provide input into the development of compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the benefits of BEAMSTART media's advertorial offerings.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the media and advertising space.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, PR, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in media sales, with a focus on advertorials and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising trends and the ability to translate client needs into effective advertising solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for efficient management of sales pipelines and client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the media landscape, advertising regulations, and relevant industry standards.
