Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales to C-Suite executives
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Familiarity with financial documents or basic tax-related terminology.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Outreach preferred).

As a Business Development Director at SPRX, you will...
- Identify qualified businesses through a variety of strategic prospecting methods.
- Actively engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Manage the full cycle sales process to close clients
- Collaborate closely with Sr. leadership to prioritize target accounts, industries, and partnership opportunities.
- Build meaningful relationships with business owners, executives and channel partnerships to uncover needs and align them with our services.
- Maintain accurate records and track all outreach activities in our CRM system.
- Represent SPRX with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering value.
OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role is $250,000 - 375,000
