Job description for Business Development Assistants at Ato Partners:

• Looking for outgoing and cheerful people to work with to add value to our team as Business Development Assistant! No prior experience is needed.

Job Scope:

• Conducting market research for events
• Analyzing of consumer ratings of previous events for future improvement
• Managing and posting on social media platforms to grow followers and promote events
• Organizing events
• Maintaining marketing database regularly via CRM
• Creating newsletters and promotional materials (eg. EDM)
• Help in creating new and various channels for business
• Lead Generation and database management by sourcing for new leads via directories, online searches, and cold calling

Requirements:

• 21 years old and above
• Education: Local diploma OR overseas/local degrees
• Commitment of at least 3 months without significant disruption
• Fluent in communication
