About Bravi

Most of the economy still runs on physical products - windows, shutters, HVAC systems, solar panels. The companies that manufacture and install them aren't going anywhere.

But the way they operate is about to change completely.

Bravi is building the AI layer for these businesses: voice agents that answer calls 24/7, chat assistants that capture leads instantly, and AI knowledge bases that help field teams answer technical questions without calling support.

We're backed by Y Combinator (F25), live with manufacturers and distributors doing hundreds of millions in revenue, and growing fast.

US has 60,000+ home service businesses doing $2M+ in revenue. We're already live in production with real clients and growing fast. Our goal: become the default operating system for home services, globally.

Bravi Squad system - Allowing Voice AI agents to work together

Backed by Y Combinator (F25), Bravi was founded by Anas (EPFL/ UC Berkeley) and Pierre-Habté (Supaero/ UC Berkeley), former co-founders of Snipfeed (a creator platform they scaled and successfully exited).

Bravi is the next chapter in an 9-year journey of building together, this time focused on empowering the industries that keep the world running.

The Role

We're looking for a Founder's Associate - someone who works directly with the founders on whatever matters most.

This is not a "shadow the CEO" role. You will own projects, make decisions, and be accountable for outcomes. You will be in the room for everything - customer calls, strategic discussions, product decisions, and growth experiments.

Think of it as a compressed MBA in building a startup, except you're actually doing the work, not studying it.

You'll touch every part of the business:

  • Go-to-market - outbound, inbound, messaging, positioning
  • Sales enablement - supporting deals from first contact to close
  • Marketing - content, brand, social, campaigns, and building Bravi's presence in the market
  • Customer success - onboarding clients, deploying AI agents, gathering feedback
  • Operations - building and improving internal processes
  • Growth - launching experiments, analyzing results, iterating
  • Strategy - market expansion, partnerships, special projects

No two weeks will look the same.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own and run outbound campaigns - identify leads, write sequences, qualify prospects, and support the founders in closing deals.
  • Onboard new clients and manage the end-to-end setup of their AI assistants, serving as the main point of contact during the first months of deployment.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it directly into product and positioning improvements.
  • Drive marketing initiatives - organize webinars, build Bravi's presence on social media, create content that reaches our target customers, and find creative ways to put Bravi on the map in the home services industry.
  • Build internal processes and playbooks that scale as the team grows.
  • Design and run growth experiments across channels, track results, and iterate fast.
  • Lead market expansion initiatives.
  • Support fundraising preparation: data room, investor updates, materials, and narrative.
  • Take on strategic projects - partnerships, new segments, distribution - whatever matters most right now.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in a startup, consulting, VC, banking, or a strong track record of internships in fast-moving environments.
  • Perfectly fluent in English - written and spoken, no exceptions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a genuine bias toward action.
  • Comfortable moving fast, figuring things out independently, and thriving in ambiguous situations.
  • High ownership mentality - you see problems and fix them without being asked.
  • Based in the East Coast.
  • Bonus: you've worked in sales, growth, or operations; you've built something on the side; you're already using AI tools in your daily workflow.

Why This Role

Most early-career roles give you a slice of the company. This one gives you the whole picture.

You'll be employee #3 at a YC-backed startup, pre-Series A — with a founding team that has already built and exited a company. You'll work directly with the founders on the problems that matter most - not on the problems that are convenient to delegate.

In 12–18 months, you'll have a deep understanding of how a fast-growing AI startup operates - across sales, product, operations, and strategy.

You'll also have:

  • Real ownership and accountability from day one
  • A front-row seat to building something that could redefine an entire industry
  • The opportunity to grow into a senior role as the company scales
  • Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and visa sponsorship for the US

The Team

We're a small team and we intend to keep it that way for as long as possible. Every person here is someone we'd want to work with for the next decade - people who are sharp, humble, and genuinely care about what we're building.

We believe in talent density over headcount. We'd rather have five exceptional people than fifteen average ones. That means high standards, real ownership, and no room for passengers - but also a level of trust, autonomy, and creative latitude you won't find at a bigger company.

In practice: you work on things that matter, with people who are at least as good as you, and you're trusted to get it done.

What you can expect:

  • Competitive salary benchmarked against top US startups
  • Meaningful equity
  • Health insurance + Dental & Vision
  • 401k plan
  • Unlimited PTO
  • ClassPass subscription
  • Yearly team building trip to France / Europe
  • At least one offsite per year — the next one is in Biarritz, France

Location

Based in New York.

Interview Process

  1. Intro call (30 min) - Get to know each other, cover your background and motivations
  2. Deep dive (45 min) - Walk through Bravi's current priorities and the projects you'd own
  3. Take-home project - A real problem we're working on right now
  4. Lunch with the team in Paris - Get to know us in person

We make decisions within 48 hours of the final step.

How to Apply

  • Your resume
  • Your LinkedIn
  • A short note (2–3 sentences) on why Bravi and why now
