Brand System Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Help evolve the Bamboo brand system through style guides, templates, iconography, typography, illustrations, and visual imagery
• Work with Product to define, design, and deliver a consistent visual system & library for Bamboo's products
• Communicate the value and mission of Bamboo in design, icons, and illustration
• Work on brand and design projects with strategic external partners (ad agencies, partners, vendors)
• Establish branding and merchandising results for editorial content and channels such as podcasts and video series.
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across customer touchpoints while still evolving our designs in ways that are fresh & new
• Digest test learnings and feedback to optimize designs and turn around edits quickly.
• Work with people across the whole company as the ultimate team player.

REQUIREMENTS

• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
• Engage in constructive design critiques.
• Able to work independently, prioritize accordingly, and iterate quickly.
• Strong communication skills without fear of over-communication.
• You share our values and work in accordance with those values.
• An online portfolio with design samples
• Design experience in a consumer application or agency role
